Get over here toes!
Lately my back has been giving me some grief so I've been trying to stretch stuff back out via some yin yoga techniques and staying away from the desk chairs and lifting heavy things ( more on that in a later post). I'm always amazed at how hard some of the simplest poses are, I really do need to make this a more regular practice.

I can relate to the back ache =/ I do a qi gong exercise which focuses a lot on deep breathing (in combined with movement of course) and it helps tremendously ;)

Thanks for the tip. I'm new to yoga, so I'm finding that everything is really tense and since I haven't made it habit yet, every time I work something out, it gets locked back up.
